Jigsaw Rewards Scrutiny Scoping Meeting

The Jigsaw Rewards Scrutiny Panel recently met with six residents from across the Group to discuss Data Security Protection.

Residents were able to come together and share their views about the scope of the Group’s scrutiny exercise and allow members of the panel to decide which areas of the investigation to focus on.

The panel decided to look at the following key areas:

  1. What systems do Jigsaw Homes have and where is data stored?
  2. How do Jigsaw Homes handle customer data?
  3. How do we ensure data is safe?
  4. Do Jigsaw Homes delete data and what happens when it is deleted?
  5. The privacy notice for tenants and customers mentions collecting energy use data via apps, what is this and what happens to data collected?
  6. How are regulations met?

The Jigsaw Homes Chief Executives Department will now gather evidence based on the detailed scope set out by the panel. The scrutiny panel will meet again in July to discuss these findings.

As a group, Jigsaw Homes creates new and exciting opportunities for residents as part of our plan to help regenerate neighbourhoods and provide opportunities for our communities to thrive. We work closely with residents to shape our priorities together.

Scrutiny and Jigsaw Rewards have given our residents a genuine opportunity to have their say through an active consultation process.
