Our development team has welcomed two new colleagues who have transferred from our customer contact centre.
Jaime Jinks is our New Builds Defect Coordinator and Annmarie Boylan our Development Assistant.
Jigsaw 360 is still the preferred method of contact to report an issue with a property or query from the tenant or leaseholder, but if you, a tenant, or a contractor wants to contact the team via email, there are now two new e-mail addresses that have been set up.
The original developmentinbox@jigsawhomes.org.uk has now changed to developmentdefects@jigsawhomes.org.uk and will be for all defect-related matters and will be overseen by Jaime.
The new e-mail address developmentenquiries@jigsawhomes.org.uk is for all other queries from invoices and bins to copies of documents, meter readings and so on. This inbox will be overseen by Annemarie.
Please note that the # Development Development@jigsawhomes.org.uk in your address book is a group e-mail including every team member and is for internal use only. Both the defects and enquiries inboxes are regularly monitored and can be responded to more quickly.
