There have been some changes in the People Team and the department has been re-organised into three main work streams to enable us to provide good customer service to help colleagues with queries.

Sarah White has been promoted to People Systems & Data Manager and is responsible for the People Administration team. Her team deals with all your recruitment needs and can be contacted using ~Recruitment@jigsawhomes.org.uk
Kelly Halligan has been promoted to People Relations Manager and looks after employee relations.
Our People Advisors are each responsible for specific areas of the business and will be your first point of contact for any employee relations queries:
Janet Nadin – Jigsaw Support, Chief Executive’s, Globe Lane and Asset Management teams in the Midlands.
Joanne Lightfoot – Asset Management in Leigh, Miles Platting and Stephen Daynes team at Cavendish, Development, Facilities Management, Health & Safety, Connect, IT, Governance & Risk Management and Gas and Electric technicians teams in the Midlands.
Katie Marcroft – Neighbourhoods including Housing for over 55’s, Grounds Maintenance, Caretaking, Finance and Neighbourhoods and Estate Services in the Midlands.
Melanie Wilkinson will be supporting the advisors across all areas in her secondment role of Assistant People Advisor.

Kim Longworth will be joining the People Development team from Connect on a secondment as an administrator on 9 January 2023.
